Metatron/i-Mobilize (MRNJ) New Eckhart Tolle TV iPhone/iPad App approved and New Glenn Harrold App on sale now at iTunes

The Company is proud to announce the first white-labeled Eckhart Tolle TV app was approved by Apple today and will be showing up on iTunes later this evening. This will be the first free app from Eckhart Tolle TV and it will show samples of video and audio as well as the ability to sign-up on the popular website which has tens of thousands of monthly paying members.

The Company will be receiving a percentage of sales for every customer who signs up through this new app, which is expected to have thousands of downloads a day. Still to come is the full-fledged mobile subscription app which will allow users to sign-up for the mobile version of Eckhart Tolle TV, as well as a special viewer app for existing members. We have already released over 30 Eckhart Tolle paid apps for the iPhone/iPad and 2 for Android, we expect to convert more apps to Android over the next several months.

Apple’s iOS passes Android, accounts for 35% of mobile ad impressions (Apple Insider)

The launch of the iPhone 4S helped Apple’s iOS surge 12 percentage points and surpass Google Android in mobile ad impressions in North America.

Apple’s growth was detailed on Friday by InMobi, the largest independent mobile advertising network, which released its “Mobile Insights Report: North American Edition” for the month of January. The data comes from InMobi’s network, serving more than 93.4 billion advertising impressions around the world each month.

Metatron/i-Mobilize (MRNJ) Doubles iAd Revenue on new Record Setting Glenn Harrold App Update- Plus New Eckhart Tolle Android App just in time for his speaking engagment at Major Technology conference Wisdom 2.0 sponsored by Google.

We recently modified our app software to increase advertising revenue and increase upsells on the Apple platform. Our first update with the new software “Relax and Sleep Well Free Version” by Glenn Harrold has resulted in doubling the average iAd revenue for the app and tripled sales for the full paid version.

This app also received a company record number of updates, over 60,000 in the last two days, and its still going strong. The Company considers this test a great success and we will be updating all our applicable apps with these new revenue enhancing features.

The first Eckhart Tolle app has appeared on Android Marketplace and another one will be added this weekend, in plenty of time for the Google sponsored technology conference “Wisdom 2.0″, at which Eckhart will be speaking via special invitation by Google. Jon Kabat-Zinn (né Kabat) (born June 5, 1944) is Professor of Medicine Emeritus and founding director of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Kabat-Zinn was a student of Zen Master Seung Sahn and a founding member of Cambridge Zen Center. His practice of yoga and studies with Buddhist teachers led him to integrate their teachings with those of Western science. He teaches mindfulness meditation as a technique to help people cope with stress, anxiety, pain and illness. A stress reduction program created by Kabat-Zinn is offered at medical centers, hospitals, and health maintenance organizations.

Apple became world’s largest smartphone seller in 2011 with 19% share.

Apple was not only the largest seller of smartphones worldwide in 2011, taking 19 percent of all sales, but also overtook LG to become the No. 3 largest global mobile phone vendor, according to Gartner.

The new data comes from Gartner’s latest market share report, covering both the fourth quarter of calendar 2011 as well as all of 2011. The figures show Apple as the top smartphone vendor for all of 2011, with a 19 percent share, while it represented 23.8 percent of all smartphones sold worldwide in the fourth quarter alone.

When Apple launched the App Store alongside the iPhone 3G in July, 2008, it offered both a platform and distribution hub for developers to easily write and monetize software, and effectively created a new economy that a study estimates has generated about 466,000 jobs.

A report released on Tuesday by TechNet claims that the so-called “App Economy,” a term coined in 2009 and brought into mainstream use by a November 2009 Business Week cover story, has grown beyond Apple’s App Store to become an entity of its own that has seen steady growth over the past four years.

Research in Motion announced on Tuesday that its BlackBerry App World is the second most profitable mobile application store behind Apple’s App Store, beating out Google’s Android Market.

Of course, BlackBerry’s numbers pale in comparison to Apple, which is far and away the mobile application leader with more than 550,000 applications available for iOS, including more than 170,000 specifically designed for the iPad. Officials also announced in Apple’s last quarterly earnings conference call that the App Store has now paid out over $4 billion to developers.

While Apple’s market domination for paid mobile applications is no surprise, RIM’s claims that its BlackBerry App World is more profitable than the Android Market is unexpected, particularly considering the company’s recent struggles that contributed to its co-chairmen and CEOs stepping down. Developer Shaun Austin speculated via Twitter that RIM’s BlackBerry platform doesn’t attract “hobbyists” as much as more popular platforms like Apple’s iOS or Google Android.

Metatron plans on releasing most of its popular apps on Blackberry in the near future, with the first expecting to appear in the next several weeks.

Metatron/i-Mobilize (MRNJ) New iPhone/iPad and Android apps Released and Company News (Updated)

The Company is pleased to announce many apps released in the last week including 4 iPhone/iPad new Glenn Harrold apps, and over a dozen Android and iPhone/iPad app updates.

Eleven new Android Fitness Video apps were released on 2/2/2012 using a new type of programming, one that allows downloading of video within app verses just streaming the video. This is a prelude to the larger forthcoming apps that will have a similar feature and numerous titles to choose from within the app.

Revenue for Android apps increased 172% and Apple apps rose 31% for the month of January 2012 compared to the month before. Downloads increased 41% during the same time period. Average daily revenue from apps is now 50% higher than the average daily sales volume two months ago.

Sales from white-label and Android apps are approaching 10% of overall daily app revenue, and we expect this to increase over time.

Emerging markets expected to propel tablet market to 383 million units in 2017.
Research group NPD published data on Monday (via TechCrunch) supporting its belief that the emerging market will grow from a 36 percent share of worldwide tablet shipments in 2011 to 46 percent in 2017.

Investment bank Morgan Stanley believes Apple will partner up with both China Telecom and China Mobile “over the next year” to make its iPhone available on all three Chinese carriers, a move that could bring incremental sales of as many as 40 million units next calendar year.

Mobile app marketing company Fiksu just released new data revealing the impact the holiday season had on iOS app downloads and user acquisition costs. According to the company’s App Store Competitive Index, a measurement of the average aggregate download volume of the top 200 free U.S. applications, December saw 6.04 million daily app downloads. That’s a nearly 7% increase from November’s 5.65 million, and a clear indication of how many folks were unwrapping new smartphones during the holiday season.

Metatron/i-Mobilize (MRNJ) App Revenue Up 42% and Downloads up 44% and Month over Month -Updated 118 New App Updates in Last Two Weeks, 5 New iPhone/iPad White-Label Apps Released, 12 New Android Fitness Apps

The Company is pleased to announce as of today, month over month App revenue is up 42% and downloads are up 44%. In the past 60 days the average daily App sale revenu have risen over 50% compared to the same time period previously.

Revenue is higher because the traditionally strong Holiday sales boost is still holding up, as well as the positive impact of the 100+ new apps and updates in the last 30 days. It also helps that sales of smartphones and tablets are at an all-time high.

So far 118 new app updates were approved by Apple in the last two weeks. These apps will appear in the new section of their respective catagories. We expect to be releasing many more updates and apps in the next several weeks on multiple platforms.
We also released 5 brand new white labeled apps on the Glenn Harrold iTunes account this month, and 12 new Android Fitness apps this week.

Apple Reports Best Financial Results Ever…

Apple announced Tuesday the best quarter in its corporate history where earnings rose more than 117% to $13.06 billion, or $13.87 per diluted share, on record quarterly revenue of $46.33 billion.

Apple sold an all-time high 37.04 million iPhones in the quarter, representing 128 percent unit growth over the year-ago quarter, in addition to a record 15.43 million iPads — a 111 percent unit increase.

With Apple’s iPad continuing to dominate the tablet market, total tablet sales in the U.S. nearly doubled to 19 percent ownership among adults after the holiday shopping season, according to a new report.

The Pew Research Center revealed its findings on Monday, showing that tablet ownership went from 10 percent of U.S. adults surveyed before Christmas to 19 percent in January of 2012. The study shows that tablets, along with dedicated e-book readers, were a hot gift this holiday season.
