The Company has started adding content into new digital sales channels including Amazon, iTunes Music Store, E-Music (#2 digital music retailer), Rhapsody, Napster, MySpace Music, Spotify (Europe’s most popular streaming service), Verizon V-cast, Nokia, Last.Fm, MediaNet (formally MusicNet), Tradebit, 24/7 Entertainment, 7 digital, MOG, Myxer (46 million users, in top ten most visited website ), iHeartRadio (on 750 radio stations), and Deezer (top French streaming service with 20 million users).

With titles already on sale on some of these new channels and many more on their way we expect these new channels to have a positive impact on revenue in the coming months.

We are closing in on 1 million App downloads and we will probably run a customer appreciation campaign once 1M is reached.

Also we will be updating hundreds of apps with new features and graphics and as updates are approved there will most likely be a boost in revenue as many appear in “new” categories and as we make iPad apps out of apps that were just iPhone apps. Over 50 apps have been updated this week alone. “The cost of updating apps is negligible and approvals are nearly automatic, that is why you will see many go through per day, all the hard work on the apps has already been done. The effect on revenue from updates coming out in the “new” categories could be significant however.

Many apps that are being updatd to run on iPad as well as iPhone were developed before the iPad was released, otherwise they would have been created for both platforms. The good news is we should see more sales from the previously iPhone-only titles.
